Imagine a suit of armor made out of paper or cardboard first. Then as we find ourselves able to carry the weight and restriction from that we can add a layer of strength until we have a full heavy metal armor suit and we have learned that the restrictions are there to protect us and we learn how function in this evil world fully protected.
