					<description><![CDATA[This phrase is interesting to me because every time it is used (that I can find), God is talking about continuing the punishment that He has already stated doling out. IE, it is a punishing hand.  However, when I read &quot;mine arm is extended&quot; ... that&#039;s when I feel that the Lord is offering me mercy.]]></description>
