I do image on what my tithing goes for , church buildings, temples and know that the Presidency and people in charge pray over the use of our tithing that it will be for the best possible purposes

It is not about building up the land around Independence, Missouri (Zion) but the church throughout the world, and building up ourselves, increasing our faith.

Having just left tithing settlement for this year and feeling good because I was first instead of almost last last year, I think your question really brought me down to the depths of humility. It is an automatic gesture to hit the “use this donation” option on the online donation form each time. I think maybe I will think about my offerings each time and prayerfully consecrate them to the Lord before I hit that submit button. Thanks for the promoting!
